Wazir
Nisar
Nov 10, 1931 — Sep 11, 2023
" She is clothed with strength and dignity" Proverbs 31:25
Wazir Nisar was born to Beli Ram family in Peshawar, Pakistan. She was the third of her two brothers & three sisters. After becoming a teacher, she got married to Victor Nisar in 1955. As John 10:10, says, she had an abundant life enriched with grace and honor. She taught in St. John's School, Peshawar, and then moved to the city of Lahore with her husband, and continued teaching in Cathedral High School. She enjoyed her work and was promoted to be the head mistress of the elementary section and retired after twenty-one years of service. She taught in Sunday School and supported her husband in church activities. She passed her legacy to thousands of her students and is greatly revered by them.
The quotation, "Motherhood is a million little moments that God weaves together with grace, redemption, laughter, tears, and most of all, love", perfectly describes her. She built her family from humble beginnings to a life enriched with abundance, education, and unwavering faith. She is bereaved by her three daughters (Nancy, Patsy & Lilly) and two sons (Noel & Joel) and their families. She departed peacefully to her heavenly abode in the hands of her five children on 11th September. Proverb 17:6 says, "Grandchildren are the crown of the aged." She was crowned with sixteen grandchildren and three great granddaughters. She supported her family, in-laws, nieces & nephews with generosity and compassion. She is fondly reminisced by each one of them.
