Thomas Michael "Lee" Lawrence, age 83, sadly left our world on November 8, 2024, in Flower Mound, Texas after a life lived in kindness and 28 years of service to his country and the United States Air Force.

Lee was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and he was a graduate of the Otis Consolidated School. He joined the United States Air Force in 1959 and was an honored Vietnam veteran. He received the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Metal Cross with three devices. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked for the city of Minot, North Dakota, and the United States Air Force Academy before settling in Pflugerville, Texas. He was an avid traveler and sports fan. His favorite teams were the Yankees, Dallas Cowboys, and Denver Broncos.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother Fred and Loretta Lawrence and his brother-in-law Robert Bragdon. He is survived by his loving wife, Eileen Lawrence; his sister, Teresa Bragdon; his nephew and niece, Rodney and Trisha Bragden; his children Michael Lawrence, Nicole Lawrence (spouse), Donald Lawrence, Virginia Miller, Daryle Miller (spouse), Karen Buchanan, and James Paul Buchanan (spouse); fourteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren who will continue to honor his legacy of kindness and service.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church in Flower Mound, Texas for Thomas Lawrence on Friday, January 17 at 11am. Internment will follow at the National Cemetery in Dallas, TX. Flowers may be delivered to St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church after 9:30 A.M. on January 17th.
