Frisco, TX – Sue Ann Miller, 3146 Clearfork Trail, Frisco, TX, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2026.

Born on Jan. 15, 1950, in Berwick Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Clifton A. and Doris S. Butler. She married James (Jim) Lee Miller on Nov. 22, 1969, in Berwick, PA. Celebrating 56 years together last November.

She is survived by her husband Jim of Frisco, daughter Angela Michelle Gutierrez and husband Omar of Flower Mound, TX, Amy Jo Watkins and husband Chris of Frisco, TX. Four grandchildren Jackson and Hunter Gutierrez, Makenzie Pigott and Savannah Watkins. As well as sister Beth J. Kukorlo and husband James (Jim) of Berwick, PA and sister-in-law Darla J. Miller of McVeytown, PA.

Sue was a member of the First Frisco Global Methodist Church.  She was known to be a world traveler, after marrying Jim who joined the Air Force, then they lived in Wichita Falls, TX, Ramstein AFB Germany, Anderson AFB Guam and Minot AFB North Dakota before residing in Scottsville, NY. They moved to Texas in 1979 spending 34 years in Grapevine before moving to Frisco. They loved cruising and Sue had visited 92 countries and territories, all 50 states and loved Switzerland the most.

Sue and Jim met in Harrisburg, PA where they both attended school. Sue worked initially in hospital medical records, then worked for Boeing and BAE Systems, Irving, TX for 27 years before retirement.

Sue and Jim have been active in Kairos Prison Ministry for over 30 years.

A memorial service will be held Monday, April 13, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 740 S Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, TX 75067 with the Rev. Steve Robertson officiating. A private interment will be at DFW National Cemetery in Grand Prairie, TX.
Friends may call at the funeral home after the memorial service.
