Sue Ann Durham died of natural causes on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the age of 90. Sue Ann is survived by her husband of 69 years, Marshall Durham; children, Marshan Durham Naragon, Rody Durham (and wife, Dixie), Rory Durham (and wife, Debbie) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by son, Rudy Durham, her parents, and brothers.

Born February 12, 1934, Sue Ann was a lifelong Lewisville resident, graduating from Lewisville High School in 1951. She graduated from North Texas State University with her Education degree and began her decades-long teaching career.

Some remember her from Happi-Time but many remember her as a Business teacher at Lewisville High School.  She was inducted into the LHS Hall of Fame in the inaugural year, 1988.

The family will host a visitation on Thursday, July 11, from 6-8 p.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home (740 S. Edmonds Lane in Lewisville), followed by a funeral on Friday, July 12 at 1:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church (1002 Fox Avenue in Lewisville).
