Stuart David (Dave) Lyons, of Lewisville, TX, passed away Saturday, June 14th, 2025, at the age of 63. He was a beloved grandpa, dad, son, brother, and friend whose kindness and generosity was renowned. Dave was born August 12, 1961, in Norfolk, Virginia to Samuel and Roberta Lyons. He graduated from Western Washington University and worked as the Director of Procurement and Contracts for Lewisville ISD for the past 25+ years.

Dave is survived by his parents, Samuel & Roberta Lyons, his daughters Kelsey (Shohn) Trojacek and Caitlin (Leslie) Adamik-Lyons, brothers Bob (Suzanne), Paul (Bettyann), & Doug (Mike) Lyons, and grandchildren & step-grandchildren: Holden, Maren, Kody, Elora, Corbin, & Hannah Trojacek, and dear pup Toby. He married Angela Miller on August 3rd, 1985, and they remained devoted to each other despite her passing in 2007. He was preceded in passing by his sister, Amanda.

Dave loved drinking coffee, woodworking, and spending every spare minute with his grandchildren. They were his greatest joy, and he was their favorite person.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Thursday, June 19th at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Funeral Services will be at 9am on Friday, June 20th at Mulkey-Mason as well. His vessel will be laid to rest at Flower Mound Presbyterian Cemetery.
