Sherrill Lee Morrison Leui, 88, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025.

Born December 4, 1936, in Chula Vista, California, Sherrill lived a life marked by dedication, hard work, and warmth.  She enjoyed a successful career in banking, real estate and home construction.

Sherrill was also known for her love of baking, delighting family and friends with her famous holiday fudge and breads.  Her kitchen was a place of joy, warmth, and generosity, reflecting the caring nature that defined her life.

Sherrill is preceded in death by Robert W. Leui, spouse; Evelyn Spear Douglas, mother; Marvin Victor Morrison, father; Evelyn Morrison, step-mother; David Warren Morrison, brother; Albert Hadad, ex-husband.

Sherrill is survived by her children Deborah Guffey (Roy) and Jean Weber (Boone); Step-daughter, Shirley Weber (Joe). Grandchildren, Erin Guffey, Eric Guffey (Kirsten); Katlin Weber, John Weber Jr., Deeann Kronenwetter; Kristen Weber; Whitney Weber. Sherrill is also a great-grandmother to Ellie Guffey and Hailey Guffey. Also survived by her sisters, Sally Marin (John); Diane Walk (Dave).

Burial services will be held August 20, 2025, at 10:15 am at Dallas/Ft Worth National Cemetery with Lead Senior Pastor, Bailey Bryant of Shiloh Church of Flower Mound, TX officiating.

Sherrill will be remembered fondly by all who knew her for her kindness, creativity, and devotion to her loved ones.
