Shawntella Marie Smith
June 15, 1971 – July 7, 2025

Shawntella Marie Smith, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 7th, 2025, in Lewisville, TX. Affectionately called Shawn, she was born on June 15, 1971, in Kankakee IL,to Willie B. Smith and Mitichiko Sandra Walker. Shawntella was employed with Liberty Mutual, an active member of Camp Gladiator fitness and a dedicated member of One Community Church – Lewisville Campus.

Those who knew Shawn will remember her for her selflessness, her love for travel, the love she had for her family and especially the love she had for her son Cameron.

Shawn is preceded in death by Her father Willie B. Smith and her maternal grandparents John Henry and Jennie V. Works. She leaves to cherish her memories mother, Mitchiko Sandra Walker; brother, Quantez Smith; sister Mitchiko (Mitch) Smith; son Cameron Smith; paternal grandmother Rebecca Wells; three nieces Micah Graham, Samantha Hartwig, and Riley Smith; one nephew Trace Smith; and her two goddaughters, Nicole Mwamba and Ashia Sims. Shawn also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and great friends.

Visitation will be Monday July 21,2025 from 9:00 am – 11:00am at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home 740 S Edmonds Ln, Lewisville TX 75067
Celebration of Life will be held 12:00pm Monday July 21, 2025, at One Community Church - Lewisville Campus; 2150 State Hwy 121, Lewisville, TX 75067.
