Ryan Alan Miller passed away in his Dallas apartment on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the age of 54.

Ryan is predeceased by his loving grandparents Darrell and Estelle Miller, and Nancy and Buddy Behrends, his uncles David and Charley Miller, and his aunt Jan Miller. He is lovingly remembered by his parents Ron and Janis Miller of Flower Mound, Texas, his brother Scott Miller, his niece and nephew Mia and Matthew Miller, and his uncle Glenn Miller.

Ryan was born in the U.S. Army hospital at Landstuhl, Germany on November 3, 1971, while his dad was stationed there in the Air Force. He graduated from Lamar High School in Arlington, Texas, in 1990. He worked for several years as a software developer for AT&T, and most recently for a company developing drone countermeasures.

Ryan was truly a Renaissance man who enjoyed a huge variety of hobbies and activities. He enjoyed Roman history, 3D printing, wood and metal working, jewelry making, trivia, and video gaming. Most of all he enjoyed time with family and friends.

The visitation will be held at Mulkey Mason Funeral, 740 S. Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, TX, on Saturday, September 12, 2026 @ 10:00am. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am-12:00pm, and burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery in Flower Mound @ 1:00pm

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org), or his favorite nonprofit the ACLU.
