Rudolf Eugen Zehentmayr was born in Lustenau, Austria on March 28, 1929, and passed away November 8, 2024, at his home in Flower Mound, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Franz and Klara Zehentmayr, his sisters, Louisa and Klara and his brother, Georg.

He is survived by his wife, Aurelia Zehentmayr of Flower Mound, TX, his daughters, Klara Smith and her husband, Phil, grandson, Luke Smith of Ridgeland, MS and, Patricia Zehentmayr of Los Angeles, CA and niece, Carmen Kathan of Lustenau, Austria.

Rudolf was a hairdresser for over sixty years, having been brought to Canada by Elizabeth Arden, Inc.  He lived in Canada, New York and Dallas, where he worked in various salons until his retirement in 2006.
