Ronald Eugene Stewart was born January 29, 1954 in Monroe, LA, to the late Rev. Jessie J. and Asberry Brass Stewart. He is a member of a large family of 24 children: 12 brothers and 11 sisters, six of which are deceased (Jeremiah, Elizabeth, Edward, John, Pearlean, Odell, Jessie Jr. and Eugenia). The 15 surviving siblings are Brothers Wilmon (Elizabeth) of Hawthorne, CA; George (Lillie) of Jena, LA; Solomon (Arie) of Plano, TX; Lawrence (Beverly) of Columbus; Charles (Marcella) of Durham, NC; Frank (Sandra) of Monroe, LA; and Michael (Wanda) of Brookhaven, MS: Sisters Wanda Stewart-Ford of Potomac, MD, Dondra Stewart-Miller (Deo) of Riverside, CA; Ora Stewart-Williamson (Lloyd) of Fayetteville, GA; Bernadine Stewart-McLean (Benny) of Saint Pauls, NC; Jacqueline Stewart-Selders of Dania Beach, FL; and Barbara Stewart of Aldie, FL; Debra Stewart-Harrison of Fort Worth, TX; and Bridgette Stewart-Traveler (Tommy) of Shreveport, LA.

He is the proud father of one son, Nickolas Jamaal Stewart, and one daughter, Portia Chanise Stewart. Nickolas and his wife Bridget are the parents of Ron's two beautiful grandchildren, Alexander Michael and Sterling Giana Stewart. He is the uncle of a multitude of nieces and nephews that love him to the fullest.

Ron confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in September 1990; became a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in 1994; and accepted his call as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ while serving in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subsequently preached his first sermon while on that tour.  He was ordained in April 2000 at Macedonia Baptist Church, Melbourne, FL.

He served over 22 years in the United States Air Force, serving tours of duty in Alaska, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey (overseas); and  Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida.  He retired from active duty on September 1, 2001.  After retiring from the military, he was employed by Webster University as the Senior Director at the Patrick Air Force Base (Florida) Campus.  He also worked as Adjunct Associate Professor of Human Resources Development and Management, and Adjunct Associate Professor of Communications for Columbia College, Patrick Air Force Base Campuses.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Grambling State University, a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctorate of Business Administration (ABD) with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Northcentral University. He is a member of the Space Coast Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporate; Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society; Golden Key International Honor Society; and American Legion Post 131.

Ron enjoyed inspiring others to reach their full potential and fulfill their purposes for life. He learned that salvation is a gift, a package deal that has many wonderful amenities. One of his favorite scriptures is Acts 4:12 which says "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved". His joy and purpose in life was serving as an educator, sharing the wisdom, knowledge, and experiences granted to him by the grace of God by teaching adults in college by night and community computer classes, and teaching teens in his many years as a Sunday School teacher.
