Robert Earl Taylor was born on November 23, 1951, in Star City, Arkansas. He passed away peacefully on June 13, 2026, in Highland Village, Texas, surrounded by his loving wife, daughter, and son.

He was a son of the late Robert and Ella Mae Taylor.

Robert graduated from Kimball High School in 1970. He married his wife Lois Reuther in 1973.  Robert retired from American Airlines in 2011 after 28 years as a Fleet Service Clerk.

Robert is survived by his wife, Lois; daughter, Jennifer and son, Robbie.   Robert (Toby) is survived by his brother, Joe Taylor.  Robert is also survived by his father-in-law, Frank Reuther, his brothers-in-law, Lynn Reuther (wife Joyce) and Gene Reuther (wife Linda) along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Ilene Reuther and his sister-in-law, Lynne Taylor.

Robert enjoyed NASCAR, his daily five-mile walks and working in his yard.

Robert would talk to anyone and everyone making many friends over the years.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, located at 740 Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, Texas.
