Coach Robert Charles Switzer passed away peacefully Monday April 28, 2025 in Plano, Texas.

He was born May 9, 1954 to parents T.C. Switzer and Becky Switzer in Cedar Hill, Texas.

He graduated from Cedar Hill in 1972. He went to East Texas State University in Commerce, where he graduated in 1978.

He spent most of his years teaching and coaching the Fighting Farmers football and baseball team in Lewisville.

He is preceded in death by his dad T.C. He is survived by his mother Becky, his wife of 47 years Kathy, his brother Paul & wife Valerie, son Zachary & wife Amanda, daughters Tara and Lindsay, and grandchildren Taylor, Nolan, Jayce, Ashlin and Timothy.
