Patti Ann (Niche) Nasca, 68, passed away peacefully at her home in Flower Mound, Texas, on May 20, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family after a courageous 15-year battle with Pompe's disease.

Born on July 16, 1957, in Silver Creek, New York, Patti was raised in upstate New York where she met the love of her life, Ralph Nasca, when she was only 15 years old. Their love story became the center of her life. After marrying in 1976, Patti and Ralph built a beautiful life together in Texas rooted in family, devotion, laughter, and unconditional love.

Patti was elegant, nurturing, strong, selfless, thoughtful, and endlessly loving. She had a generous heart and never forgot a birthday, holiday, or special moment for the people she loved. She lived by the simple but meaningful belief: "Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you." She carried that kindness into every relationship and every stage of her life.

She was known for her expressive eyes that could say exactly what she was thinking without a single word, her animated personality, and the funny figures of speech that always made her family laugh. Patti brought warmth and joy wherever she went. She loved good books, a glass of wine, traveling with her family, discovering new restaurants, shopping at TJ Maxx, and especially everything about Christmas. Her home reflected who she was — warm, beautiful, welcoming, and impeccably organized. Her family will forever smile remembering how she would lovingly straighten the tassels on her entryway rug countless times a day because everything had its place.

Patti devoted herself fully to her family. She was an extraordinary stay-at-home mother whose love and guidance shaped the lives of her daughters. Later in life, she poured that same nurturing love into caring for her grandchildren, who brought her endless pride and happiness. Even while facing the challenges of Pompe's disease, Patti showed incredible strength, grace, and determination, inspiring everyone around her with her fighting spirit.

She was also a cherished member of the Saint Paula's Patrons widows group through St. Ann's Church, where she found friendship, faith, and support.

Patti is survived by her loving daughters, Nicole Calvert and her husband Ken Calvert, and Marcey Rowland and her husband Jason Rowland; her beloved grandchildren, Tessa Welch, Sophia Rowland, Bailee Calvert, and Brock Calvert; her sisters, Maryanne Rautenstrauch and brother-in-law Ed Rautenstrauch, Barbara Harrison, and Maggie Koonsman; her brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Kathy Nasca and her brother and sister-in-law Scott and Rosemary Nasca.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Ralph Nasca; her parents, Anthony and Anne Niche; her sister, Diane Richards; and her in-laws, Len and Anna Nasca.

Patti's family finds comfort knowing she is reunited with Ralph, the love of her life. Her warmth, strength, humor, and unwavering love will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew her.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas.
