Myrna Elaine Conard, 80, passed away on June 22, 2023, at her home in Lewisville, TX. Elaine was born in Terre Haute, Indiana to James Robert Shew and Jewell Pauline Shew (Taylor) on July 29, 1942. She attended Gerstmeyer Technical School in Terre Haute, Indiana. On June 15, 1963, Elaine married Fred Conard in Marshall, Illinois. Elaine worked in real estate for over 40 years, 36 with Ebby Halliday Realtors as an administrator.

Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Fred, her parents, James and Jewell, and her brother, Bob. She is survived by her daughters, Monica (Pete), Teresa, Kristen (John), and stepson Michael, as well as 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 3:00PM at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, TX, with Pastor Lee Jarrell officiating.  Arrangements are by Mulkey Mason Funeral Home.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Center for Dementia Research, to further studies on degenerative neurological diseases.
