Milton "Milty" V. Gaudin Jr.

Milton Vernon Gaudin Jr., 73, of Lewisville, Texas took his last breath on earth on May 19th, 2024, surrounded by everyone he loved.

Milton Vernon Gaudin Jr. was born to Margie and Milton Sr. in Monroe, Louisiana on April 5th, 1951. In 1967, Milton met the love of his life, Rebecca (Becky) Meyer, in high school. A couple of years later, on November 21st, 1970, Milton and Becky proclaimed their love to each other at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte. Before leaving Louisiana, Milton graduated from TH Harris with an associate's degree in electronics. For the next 50 years, Milton worked as a telecommunication professional at a variety of different telephone companies.

In June of 1971, Milton and Becky started their lives and legacy together and moved to Lewisville, Texas. On their second wedding anniversary, November 21st, 1972, Milton and Becky welcomed their first child, Jason Gaudin, into the world. Four years later, on June 22nd, 1976, their family was complete by the birth of their daughter, Brandy Gaudin Stalberger.

Milton loved his family more than anything. His number one priority in life was to be a provider and take care of the ones he loved most. In his younger years, Milton loved playing sports such as football, softball, golf, and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed watching Jason play peewee sports and watching Brandy's dance recitals and performances.  In his later years, you could always find Milton in his home office working on his precious spreadsheets while watching true crime TV shows or old westerns. Although Milton was a homebody, he loved traveling to Minnesota to spend time with his daughter and family. Milton had a hidden talent for doing magic tricks and loved to impress his granddaughters by making himself disappear. Above all else, Milton loved watching his LSU Tigers and the Dallas Cowboys (especially when the Cowboys played the Vikings).

Milton is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Becky) Gaudin; Daughter, Brandy Gaudin Stalberger (Rick Stalberger); Granddaughters Caitlyn Gaudin (Grace Hall), Haley (Haley-Bear) Stalberger (Taylor Couvillion), Taylor (Spudy) Stalberger; Mother, Margie Wisenor Gaudin; Siblings, Darrel Gaudin, Greg Gaudin (Nikita Gaudin), Ronald Gaudin, and Malana Gaudin Murphy (Kevin Murphy); and several others who saw Milton as a brother, uncle, friend, and grandpa.

Milton is preceded in death by his Father, Milton Vernon Gaudin Sr.; and son, Jason Paul Gaudin.
