Miles Dean Fain, beloved son, grandson, roommate, and friend, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

Born in Dallas and raised in Coppell, Texas, Miles was the epitome of love, kindness, and light. He was simply loved by everyone he met.

I had the honor and pleasure of being his mother. The overwhelming comments made about Miles, from family members to strangers, was his love was felt. He made people feel seen, he made people feel like they mattered, and his kindness shined through his spectacular blue eyes.

Miles graduated from Coppell High School in May and had almost finished his first semester at Arizona State University where he studied Sports Business. He was home for fall break and had not seen friends and family for two months. We were blessed to have the opportunity to see him.

My only solace is there is zero doubt Miles was actually aware of how much he was loved. Even better, everyone he loved felt it.

The light in my world is now gone and this earth is a bit less bright, but Miles' spirit and legacy will continue to shine on through all who had the honor of knowing him.
