Michael Oron Tavison, age 51, passed away on January 5, 2024.

Michael was born, October 11, 1972, in Greenville, Michigan to Hector Tavison and Mary Tavison Deshazo. He was preceded in death by his father in 1979.

Michael built his first computer at the age of 12 and graduated high school in 1991.  As a young boy he played the piano at Colonial Baptist Church in the Colony and later at Liberty Baptist Church learned to play the Organ and eventually became their organist. He loved Southern Gospel Music, as a young man he was a "CB" radio enthusiast enjoying many hours of conversation with his "good ole' buddies".  His current hobbies were computers and "Techie" toys, and never passed up the opportunity to talk "Tech".  Michael was known as "A Jack of All Trades", in that he could repair almost anything!

Michael started his career with Metro 1 Courier in 2004. Over the years he proved himself to be a trusted and loyal employee and progressed to become Senior Facilities and Systems Manager.

Michael leaves behind his mother Mary; sister Elizabeth; niece Madison; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Liberty Baptist Church in Lewisville, TX.
