Michael Paul Mazur was 37 years old when his Lord and Savior Jesus finished His good work in Michael and called him home.  Michael completed his race, received his reward and entered into the eternal rest with Christ.
Michael was born June 17, 1987 in San Antonio, TX and was residing in Lewisville, TX at the time of his homegoing on December 15, 2024.
Michael graduated from San Antonio Christian Schools, attended San Antonio College, and graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Masters in Kinesiology.  While attending DBU, Michael worked on the campus grounds crew and remained on staff after graduating.  He served the Lord there by mentoring many work-study students and rising to the position of Director of Landscaping and Special Projects.  After his time at DBU, Michael worked as a contractor in landscaping and irrigation work in Denton County.
As a child, Michael came to faith in Christ at Wayside Chapel in San Antonio and later attended Valley Creek Church in the Dallas area.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife Vi Mazur (Nguyen) who he married on June 1, 2024, his daughters Addison and Airalyn, his parents Rick and Leticia Mazur, his sister Erin McCullough and her husband Mike, and their children Eli, Maddie and Aiden.
A private graveside service was held Friday, December 20, 2024 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, TX.  A Celebration of Life service will be held on January 16, 2025 at 2pm at Valley Creek Church in Lewisville, TX.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the many family, friends, and coworkers and their overwhelming support during this time.  Your prayers, thoughts, words and love have been a source of strength and blessing to help soften the separation from our dear Michael.  We know Michael is more alive than ever and enjoying his Savior Jesus.
