Mary Mann Miliara aka Frankie and simply "Mi-Mi" to most, left us on October 22, 2024. We know she is dancing in heaven with Den-Den. Born in Decatur, TX on October 8th, 1927, she grew up on a farm with five siblings and LW is the living legacy for the Mann family. This is where she met a handsome young Italian man and she and Joe Miliara married on December 26th, 1948. The years that followed made her a Mom to Marcus and Monti and a grandmother to Angela, Tony, Lacy and Megan...and then came the great grandkids...Kadin, Lance, Ethan, Kai, Alyse and Ayden.

To know her was to love her. And she loved her family fiercely. She loved so many things. She loved to cook for her family...endless displays of love. She loved to listen. She loved to encourage. She loved to support you and build you up.  She was the first to celebrate your success and the first to hold you when you failed. She loved her beauty routine...never a day without her face cream or lipstick. She loved her friends. She loved to travel and she loved a great pair of shoes.

She loved chocolate and red wine and a good margarita. And she loved her Dallas Cowboys...screaming for them for decades. Many may not know this, but she loved telling a racy joke every now and then. Most of all, she loved life. She loved Her life. She loved her family. She exuded beauty and grace and class with every action she took and every word she said. We could list the endless things she did for her family and friends, the endless acts of love and kindness. The endless ways she shaped many lives. Go rest high on that mountain sweet Mi-Mi...we have it from here.
