Marjorie E Nelson of Lewisville TX and 83 years of age died peacefully on April 16th 2026 at Presbyterian Hospital of Flower Mound. She was born October 18 1942 in Springfield Mass. Daughter of Remi Francis Guilbert and Bertha Elizabeth O'Keefe and Grand daughter of Mary Louise Andt O'Keefe and Daniel Andrew O'Keefe, Anna E. Leduox Guilbert, and Pierre Napoleon Guilbert.

Marjorie graduated from Cathedral Springfield High School in 1960. Following High School she became a Telephone operator at AT&T from 1959 to 1964. Later became a Nursing Assistant from Bay State Medical Center from 1966 to 1985. In January of 1964 she married Fred Monroe Nelson Sr. and later moved to Lewisville TX in October 1991where her husband Fred passed away on Sept. 5th 2009.

Marjorie was survived by her brother Richard E Guilbert of Hampden Mass. Her children Cynthia Lee Wells and Scott Wells of Flower Mound TX. Fred Monroe Nelson Jr. of Chapel Hills NC. Karen Elizabeth Siano and Christopher Scott Siano of Watauga TX. Vicky Lynn Nelson Hughes and Aubrey D Hughes of The Colony TX. Marjorie's Grandchildren are Tiffany King and Shane King of Gainsville TX, Krystal Siano of Little Elm TX, Shane Bennett and Jessie Martin of El Paso TX, Amanda Siano of Watauga TX, Spencer James Nelson and Deekshita Nelson of Washington DC, and Caitlyn Jessica Nelson of Moncure NC. Great Grandchildren Hailey and Gaige King of Gainsville TX and Adam Som of Watauga TX.

Majorie was an Avid bowler and was apart of the Tuesday night bowling league in Springfield Ma. She loved baking and knitting and love to spend time reading adventure books and short romance novels.

A service of remembrance will be held 12pm Sunday April 19 2026 at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home at 740 Edmonds Ln. Lewisville TX 75067. Burial services are held on Friday April 24 2026 at 11am at the DFW National Cemetery.  The Pallbearers are Shane Bennett, Adam Som, Christopher Siano and Aubrey Hughes
