Born to Josephene Lucille and Jack Seymour Young in Anthony, KS.  Moved to Richardson, TX at the age of 9. Lou graduated from Richardson High School in 1972.  She continued her education with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin.

Lou's work ethic, humility and persistence shine in mighty ways.  She was tenacious in the face of challenges and her determination to provide, support and love for her family and friends is still amazing.

Her life was characterized by how she sacrificially and selflessly served others.

Lou loved playing ping pong and volleyball with her friends at Lake Forest Village.

Proceded in death by her son Beau Walter Sisemore, Husband Ernie Lucas, Brother Tom Young, Mother Jo Young, and Father Jack Young.

There will be a funeral service, Saturday, April 6, 2024, 11:00 am, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home Chapel. The Visitation is one hour prior.
