Lorraine Bush White, beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, of Lewisville, TX, passed away on October 26th, 2023, at the age of 82

Lorraine was born on November 5th, 1940, in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of Jesse & Hannah Bush.

She retired from LISD after 37 years and it was the fun family joke that on any trip, she took she would be recognized by someone from the LISD family of parents and students and stopped for a hug.

She was adored by her husband, family and friends – and she adored them right back. She never met a stranger and would welcome them right into her world. Everyone was blessed to have known her and we all have wonderful memories of our times with her. One of several of her grandkids favorite memories is of Nana playing Mario and Zelda –and DO NOT EVER TURN OFF THE TV when she was in the middle of a game! She will be greatly missed.

Lorraine is survived by her loving husband, Don White, her 4 children: Richard, Cherl, Paul and Kevin; Step-daughters Tonya and Jennifer, 16 grandkids and 13.5 great-grandkids along with many nephews, nieces, family and friends.

A service to celebrate Lorraine's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Lewisville church of Christ in Lewisville – 901 College Parkway, 75077.
