On Monday January 22nd, 2024, Linda Nell Anderson, loving wife and mother passed away at the age of 76 after a six-year battle with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Linda was born on September the 5th 1947 in Lubbock TX to Randolph and Viola (Burton) Greene. Linda studied art education at Texas Tech university in Lubbock, transferred to the University of Houston where she earned her Batchelor's degree. Linda was a certified all level art teacher for life, state of Texas. On June 2nd 19 67 Linda married Gregory Don Anderson in Lubbock TX. They raised two sons Zachary and Tyler.

Linda was a true renaissance woman, while her education was in art education, she found business administration to be more suited to her. She retired as the assistant to the regional director of ServiceMaster corporation. She was honored twice with the highest award given an employee. Linda's art came through in the over 100 quilts she designed and made. Linda loved to travel and go om adventures, she played golf, enjoyed bowling, gardening, stamp collecting saltwater fishing and camping. Linda was very active in the daughters of the American Revolution and served as reagent for the Cross Timbers chapter. Linda was a dedicated genealogist.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Randolph (Randy), and her mother, Viola. She is survived by her husband Greg, their sons, Tyler, Zachary, Jami (Zachary's wife) and their two sons Isaac and Oliver. She is also survived her two sisters Betty, Sharla, and several cousins, nieces, and a nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 16th, 2024, at the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation on 602 North Old Orchard Lane Lewisville, TX 75077 at 11 o'clock a.m.
