Lewis Charles Lowe walked into Heaven on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on  August 5, 1947, to Orrell and Betty Lowe. The family moved to Pleasant Grove, Texas when he was 3 years old. Lewis C. Lowe graduated from W.W. Samuell in 1966 and upon graduation, he joined the United States Marine Corps to serve his country.

On December 14th, 1977, Lewis Lowe married the love of his life, Shirly Seider and they had two beautiful daughters, Betina and Traci.

Lewis was a proud Republican and served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in San Diego, California in 1996.

He loved the sun and the beach. Lewis and Shirly enjoyed cruising together to numerous islands over the course of their marriage. Lewis also loved professional bull riding and went to several PBR finals in Las Vegas.

Lewis Lowe was always proud to be a Marine, "Once a Marine, Always a Marine". The family wants to thank the Spinal Cord Injury Unit at the Dallas VA for the care and compassion they gave Lewis and Shirly. The SCI unit was with the family throughout their journey.

Lewis is survived by his wife of 46 years, Shirly. He is survived by his daughters, Betina Allen and husband Jeff of Highland Village, Texas and, Traci Garza and husband Marco of Edinburg, Texas. Lewis loved being Papa to his two grandchildren, Eliana Mae Garza and Ryan Allen. Lewis is also survived by his brother Kevin Robinson of Dallas, Texas, and sister Victoria Hellman and wife Kay of Portland, Oregon.
