Leeland Jay McDonald of Lewisville Tx passed away on October 11, 2023.  Leeland was born on August 18, 1954, to Leeland Ford and spouse Betty Jane McDonald.

Leeland was married to his wife Dolores on August 19, 1978. Leeland graduated from Sexton High School in Lansing, Michigan. He worked as an office manager at AT&T while also being an avid sportsman.  Leeland especially loved bowling with his many friends at the AMF Lewisville Bowling Center.  He received many awards and took home a lot of trophies during his time as a bowler while also having bowled many 300s to be proud of. Leeland was very well respected amongst his competition as well.

Leeland is survived by his wife Dolores, his sons Leeland Jr.(Jennifer) and Eric, his grandchildren Payton and Leeland III, his brother Elton Ray McDonald and many other relatives and friends who will greatly miss him.

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday October 17, 2023 at the AMF Lewisville Bowling Center. Leeland's family wish to extend their sincere appreciation to the many doctors and nursing staff that helped Leeland during his last few months
