Kay Lemlyn, age 65, of Justin, Texas, passed away peacefully at home, August 23, 2024.

Kay was born in Anniston, Alabama on March 18, 1959, to J.O. and Jean Yarbrough. She graduated from Enterprise High School.

She worked as the Vice President of Operations for Wave Technologies for the last 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, quilting, concerts, and being outdoors.

Kay is survived by her two children, daughter Julie and husband Jeff Pittman of Justin, TX, son Chris and wife Lindsey Wachtler of Justin, TX; her grandchildren Alena (AJ), Aydan and Alysa McLeod, Jeffery Pittman, Lucy, Vincent (Vinny) and Rowen Wachtler; her baby brother Owen and Robbie Yarbrough of Heflin, AL; her niece and nephews Brad, Callie and Brodie Yarbrough; and the rest of her family, friends, and people.

Kay is preceded in death by her parents, J.O. and Jean Yarbrough; as well as her spouse, Henry Lemlyn.

A Celebration of Kay's life will be held with visitation from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, on Saturday, August 31st, at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. The funeral service will then begin at 1:30pm with Pastor Andrew A. Lemlyn officiating.
