Kavion Cartel Curtis, Sr. was born August 31, 1994 to Julia M. Banks & Steven V. Curtis in Natchez, MS.

He graduated from Natchez High School in 2012. He attended Co-Lin Community College in Natchez, MS with a focus on hospitality management. He enjoyed playing video games, basketball, cutting hair, education, barbecuing, and most of all, spending time with his family. He was a loving and caring father, son, nephew, uncle, and brother.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Leon Carter, Sr., Darlene Banks-Carter, and Aaron Curtis.

He leaves to cherish his memories his parents: Steven V. Curtis (Reva) and Julia M. Banks (Brell); fiancée: Aaliyah Keck; five children: Kavion Cartel Curtis, Jr. (13), Tru Cartel Curtis (7), Ariyah Alyah Curtis (6), Lady Aalonyia Curtis (4), Giavanni Alora Jream Curtis (7 mos.); six siblings: Brittany D. Carter (Alyson), Davion D. Curtis, Vintaurius J. Carter, Quintaurius K. Carter, Kimberly B. Banks, and Ma'Leah Curtis; aunts and uncles: Eric White (Brezelle), Carsandra Reed (Carey), Pandora White (Jeremiah) , Anthony D. Carter (Kristina), Angela D. Carter, Vincent D. Carter, and Michael L. Carter; grandmother: Deloris White (Jeff); a host of cousins: Cartez V. White, Christopher Reed, Joshua E. Reed, Chance Z. Reed, Ashanti N. Brown, A'Leah Hutchins, Ariel Hutchins and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
