Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA the eldest son of Jack & Rose Seiler.
Joe was an industrial psychologist and had a very illustrious career working with the US Department of Labor throughout multiple presidential administrations.  His focus was breaking the cycle of poverty with job training programs.
He and his wife, Myrna, moved from Adelphi, MD to Highland Village, TX in 1997 to be close to their children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Stuart Seiler and Risa Seiler and his grandchildren April Seiler and Emily Seiler.
A family service to celebrate Joe's life will be held at his home on September 17, 2023.
