Irene Saenz

Born in Grants, New Mexico

December 24, 1960- December 13, 2024

On December 13, 2024, at 9:00 PM, Heaven welcomed another angel as our beloved mother, Irene Saenz, peacefully departed this world. While our hearts are heavy with her loss, we find comfort in knowing her pain has ended, and she is now reunited with her loving mother, her sister Tina, her brother Leonard, and our cousin Leonard. Irene is survived by her devoted husband, Henry; her children, Henry, Christine, and Gabriel; and her seven treasured grandchildren Rj, Summer, Bella, Joshua, Sophia, Izzy, and baby Henry; Her father, Manuel; her two sisters, Lottie and Theresa; who were the light of her life.

Irene was a rare soul, someone who asked for so little in life yet gave so much to everyone around her. She loved fiercely and selflessly, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her warmth, kindness, and strength were gifts to everyone who had the honor of knowing her. She's a light in our lives that will never be dimmed. Her warmth, compassion, and love will forever remain a part of us. Though her physical presence is gone, the light she brought into our lives will never fade. Heaven shines brighter with her there, and her spirit will live on in our hearts and memories.

Irene will be missed beyond measure but never forgotten. Until we meet again, Mom, we love you and carry you with us always.  A memorial service will be held at Three Angels Church 10750 Sunset Gardens Rd SW Albuquerque, NM 87121 on December 29th, 2024 at 1pm. The Saenz family has asked that all floral arrangements be sent to 923 Crane Dr. SW Albuquerque,NM 87121.
