Hannah Rose Calderon
August 14, 2002 – February 12, 2024

Heaven has a new angel.  Hannah Rose Calderon left us much too soon. She went to be with the Lord on February 12, 2024.  She had some issues in this life, but she is safe in the arms of Jesus now.

Hannah was born on August 14, 2002, in Carrollton, TX. She lived most of her life in Lewisville, TX, where she lived until the Lord took her home.  She grew up in a loving home with parents and many siblings and grandparents close by.  She is survived by her parents, Edward and Serena Calderon, her grandparents Steve and Mary Thomas, aunt and uncle Richard and Paula Thompson, aunt and uncle Norma and Rudy Montalvo, and siblings Eva Calderon, Anna Calderon, Josh Taylor, Danielle Utley, Allison Lewis, and Mary Jansing, plus a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.  She is proceeded in death by her brother Braedon.

Hannah was a very loving young woman with a childlike manner, and everyone loved her.  She was expressive, loved to hug everyone, and was quick to tell people "I Love You".  She has many friends, and she never met a stranger. She is being missed so much by so many.

She loved playing games and spent a lot of time with her Po-k-e-mon card collection. And she loved walking all over town. But perhaps her favorite activity was swimming.  Her poppy (grandpa) would take her to the fitness center and she'd spend hours in the pool.  She knew everyone there and they all knew her.

Hannah was quite a photographer. She'd take pictures of clouds, and really anything that she found interesting when out riding or walking.  She took a lot of pictures in the fall of sunsets and animals and houses decorated for Halloween and Christmas.

She also spent a great deal of time with her poppy. They were inseparable and spent much time together. They'd ride around town, drive over the Grapevine dam, and spent many hours driving around Lewisville Lake Park.  Her last words to him were "I love you poppy, to infinity times infinity times infinity!".

Hannah did not have a mean side.  She was bright and smiling and nice to everyone. She had friends all over town.  Everyone loved Hannah.

One of her favorite phrases when something was very extreme was "like no other". Hannah will be missed like no other.

The family is grateful and overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and love by so many people.

A celebration of life service will be held On Saturday, February 24, at 1:00 pm at the Mulkey-Mason Chapel at 740 S. Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, Texas 75067. Everyone is welcome to come and help us celebrate this remarkable young woman. Attendees are encouraged to wear bright clothes, bright and colorful like Hannah!
