It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn "Hutch" C. Hutchison, Jr., age 78, on Sunday, December 28, 2025. Hutch passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in Lantana, Texas.

Hutch was the beloved husband of Rose and a devoted father to his daughter, Teri Clark (Will), and son, Glenn West (Annie). He was an exceptionally loving and proud grandfather to Cydney Roy, Tommy Roy, Conner Roy, Ella West, and Ava West, each of whom brought him immense joy.

Born and raised in Butler, Pennsylvania, Hutch grew up working alongside his father, Glenn C. Hutchison, Sr., in the family steel business. He also had a passion for cooking and was the proud owner of a restaurant affectionately known as "The Hutch" where his love for food and people came together.

Hutch was also a gifted athlete. He was a state champion swimmer at Penn State University and honorably served his country in the United States Army for three years.

Known as the life of the party, Hutch had a contagious smile, an easy laugh, and a way of making everyone feel welcome. He loved experiencing all that life had to offer—especially alongside Rose, with whom he shared countless adventures traveling the world.

Above all, Hutch was an incredible husband, father, and grandfather, deeply devoted to his family and endlessly proud of them.

Hutch was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn C. Hutchison, Sr. and Virginia Hutchison. He is also survived by his siblings, Bruce Hutchison (Nancy) and Gael Fransson (Peter).

Hutch's legacy lives on in the love he gave so freely, the joy he brought into every room, and the unforgettable memories he created with those lucky enough to know him.
