Fay Irene (Minx) Huddleston, 82, of Denton, Texas, passed away surrounded by family on February 22, 2026.

She was born on November 8, 1943, in Indianapolis, to Emmett Minx and Alice Minx, both of whom preceded her in death.

Fay was married to the love of her life, Ronald "Ronnie" Huddleston, on June 19, 1982. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Minx, and her Aunt Birdie.

She is survived by her children, Matt Ferry; Mike Huddleston and his wife, Tina Huddleston; and Amanda Beggs and her husband, Ryan Beggs. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Hunter Huddleston and his wife, Katerina; Savannah Barretto and her husband, Nicolas; Landon Huddleston; Haley Beggs; Addyson Baldwin and Shelby Beggs. She is also survived by her cousin, Cynthia Reeder and her husband, Johnny Reeder.

Fay dedicated over 40 years of her life to her career as a bookkeeper, where she was known for her diligence, integrity, and strong work ethic.

She was full of life and had a way of lighting up any room with her beautiful smile and unmistakable laugh. Fay boldly shared the love of God with everyone she encountered, and her faith was evident in the way she lived and loved. Her greatest pride and joy was her family, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Those who knew her will forever remember her laughter and the warmth she brought into their lives.

The family finds comfort in the words of Psalm 23, a reflection of Fay's steadfast faith and trust in the Lord.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026, followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church, 2501 Northshore Blvd, Flower Mound, Texas 75028. Graveside services will immediately follow at Old Hall Cemetery, 1200 McGee Lane, Lewisville, Texas 75077, officiated by Pastor Richard Wallace.

Fay's legacy of faith, love, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
