Emily Jane Knight, age 67, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away December 2, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born on October 17, 1957, in Dallas, Texas to Edwin and June Davis.

She is survived by her children, Wess Knight (Monique), Ray Knight (Hannah), Wade Knight, Jeff Lindley, and Misty Gallizzi (Tony); grandchildren, Brady, Grayson, Peyton, Ryland, Jake, Lyla, Antonio, Angelo, Giancarlo, Giordano, Giuliana, Marco, and Gianna; her sister Jennifer Hasten (Cleve),  and her brother Jerry Davis (LaDoyce), as well as many cousins and other family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and June Davis.

Emily grew up in Lewisville, always close to her family. She had a great career working in sales at Harolds and Talbots and later in life at Sally's Beauty Supply in customer service. She had a strong work ethic which she passed down to her children. She made lifelong friends while working and remained close to many. She looked forward to shopping and eating out with her friends and sister. Her life was all about her children and grandchildren and she cherished every moment with them. She accepted her diagnosis with grace and always reassured everyone that things would work according to God's plan. We know she is in Heaven looking down on us and she will always be with us.

A service to celebrate Emily's life and faith will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Mulkey-Mason Chapel, 740 S. Edmonds Ln., Lewisville, TX 75067. The visitation will be from 2:00 – 3:00 pm.  Her burial will be at Round Grove Cemetery at a later date.
