Rob Glenn (1956–2024)

Edwin Robert Glenn Jr., 67, of Lake Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on February 20, 2024. Rob will always be remembered as a hardworking and loving father.

He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Edwin and Judith Glenn. The oldest of his three siblings, he grew up in the Chicago area until moving to Dallas with his family when he was 14 years old.  Rob graduated from JJ Pearce High School before going to work at Triangle Pacific where he worked his way up from the warehouse all the way to Director of Marketing and Customer Service. He eventually went on to open numerous businesses of his own where he always found a way to help those around him and was always trusted by those he served.

Rob was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Gina Glenn. He is survived by his sister Cindy and her husband Keith, brother Rick and his wife Tracey, sister Sandy and her husband John, son Jason and his wife Reagan, daughter Sara and her husband Garrett, son David and his wife Brenda, and grandchildren Avery, Jacob, Skylar, Eleanor, and Sabrina. He is survived by other extended family members and a lifetime of friends.

Rob loved his family and friends and was an extremely hardworking and dedicated father and grandfather. He loved music, spending time by the pool, and laughing with his loved ones.

A memorial service will be held on February 26, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, in Lewisville, Texas. Reception to follow.
