Edward Lynwood Parker, age 90, of Alba, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on December 13, 2025.

Lynwood was born on November 29, 1935 in Lewisville, TX, to Alvin and Mildred (Heath) Parker. He grew up in Irving, TX.

As a young man, he proudly served in the United States Army.

Lynwood is survived by his wife, Anna Parker; his children, Debbie Faust and husband Ted, Keith Parker and wife Dianne; and his sisters, Pat Straw and Beverly Hamilton.  He leaves behind his grandchildren, Sunny Burens and husband Darin; Alex Newman and wife Jess; Abby Rather and husband Michael, and great-grandchildren; Kenneth Farrow, Hannah Farrow, Raegan Burens, Aubrey James, Stephen James, Riverlynn Rather, Tinley Rather and Everette Newman.

He was proceeded in death by his former wife, Wanda Parker, the mother of his children.

Visitation will be Friday, December 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, with funeral services immediately following at 2:00pm. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville.
