Delton Propes, age 76, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and former long time resident of Lewisville, TX passed away Friday March 20 after a brief respiratory illness.

He was born April 2, 1949 in Monroe County, KY to Daniel and Geneva Propes. He was raised in the Logansport, IN area and graduated from Lewis Cass High in 1967. He married Theressa (Isaacs) Propes on July 27, 1969 in Logansport.

He is survived by his children, Brett Propes and his wife Karlin, Heather Jones and her husband Jimmy, Amber Coddington and her husband Gerald; eleven grandchildren: Jennifer, Justin, Ashley, Talin, Brittany, Seda, Armen, Mason, Trevor, Caleb, and Hannah, two great-grand children: Olivia & Emily, as well as siblings Marvella, Wendell, and Ronnie. He was preceded in death by his wife and daughter (Kristy).

Visitation will be on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 10:00 am with funeral service immediately following at 11:00 am at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. For online condolences please visit www.mulkeymason.com.
