Deborah Ann Jacobs, 63 years of age, passed on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Deborah was born on February 7, 1961, in Jackson, Mississippi to parents John Russell and Annie Merle Jacobs. She was the youngest of two sisters. Deborah's father, John Russell Jacobs preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother Annie Merle Jacobs, her sister Yvonne Jacobs Weiss, her nephews Alexander Weiss, Nathan Weiss, Great Niece Allie Weiss, and her fur babies Forest and Simba.

Deborah was educated in the Lewisville Independent School District System, attending Central Elementary, Delay Middle School, and graduating from Lewisville High School in 1979.

Deborah was baptized at First Baptist Church in Lewisville when she was 8 years old.

Deborah worked at various places during her life including Bonanza, Anthony's, Schweber Electronics, Information Retrieval Methods, and she was one of the first employees hired to Fidelity Investments when they came to Texas and was with them until the Cancer took her. She was a broker and trainer at Fidelity, working hard to earn the Certifications she needed to succeed. Several of her best friends and memories came from working at Fidelity. She had friends that she held dear since they met at First Baptist Church primer classes and elementary school, and they still visited regularly.

She had a loving heart, helping her neighbors and community. She brought sunshine to the people around her and helped many fur babies she rescued during her lifetime. She is already missed by so many friends who are heartbroken by her passing.

She loved fishing, playing cards, partying with friends, watching good TV shows, the farm, good football games and watching her great niece put on fashion shows. An eternal fan of the Cowboys, she will be buried in a Roger Staubach jersey.

Deborah's pallbearers will be Steve Weiss, Alex Weiss, Nathan Weiss, with honorary pallbearers Jimmy Hendrix and Don Audas.

Services to celebrate her life will be Monday January 20, 2025, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, Tx. Viewing will be at 1:00 pm, with the service beginning at 2:00. Graveside will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville, Texas.
