Connie Louise Lowe (née Moyer), 77, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026, in Carrollton, Texas.

Connie was born on February 25, 1949, in Pittsburg, Kansas, and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where her love of music and passion for excellence began at an early age. A gifted musician, she served as lead chair clarinetist for the U.S. American High School Orchestra, traveling across Europe, and earned an extraordinary 16 first place national medals in clarinet competitions during her high school years.

She graduated from Thibodaux High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Southern Louisiana in 1971.

On June 24, 1972, Connie married the love of her life, David Lynn Lowe. Together they built a life centered on faith, family, and dedication, living in Dallas, Texas, later moving to Indiana, and eventually settling in Lewisville, Texas.

Connie began her career as a music teacher at Clinton P. Russell Elementary School in Dallas. She later devoted many years to teaching private piano lessons from her home in DeSoto, Texas; Brownsburg, Indiana; and Lewisville, Texas. Through her teaching, she impacted countless students, many of whom achieved state recognition. She also organized and conducted numerous piano recitals, sharing her love of music with generations of young musicians.

In addition to her work in music, Connie found great joy and success as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, where she built lasting relationships and was recognized as Saleswoman of the Year. She had a natural gift for encouraging others and took pride in helping people feel confident and supported.

Above all, Connie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an outstanding and deeply involved mother to her son, John, faithfully volunteering in his schools and supporting him through every stage of life. Her love for her family was unwavering and evident in everything she did.

Connie was known for her kind, caring, and loving spirit. She had a special way of connecting with people, often sharing meaningful stories that left a lasting impression. She enjoyed cooking, traveling when she could, and faithfully serving at Lakeland Baptist Church, where she played piano for the youth choir. Her faith was a guiding force in her life, and she held a deep belief in the power of God's word and His promises.

Her life was also marked by resilience and strength. Through various medical challenges, Connie remained steadfast in her faith, inspiring others with her courage, determination, and unwavering trust in God.

She is survived by her beloved husband, David Lynn Lowe; her son, John and his wife Katie Lowe; and her cherished grandchildren, Jacob, Gracie, and Henry Lowe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Irene Moyer.

A visitation will be held on March 25, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, 740 Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, Texas. Funeral services will be held on March 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeland Baptist Church, 397 South Stemmons Freeway, Lewisville, Texas. Burial will follow on March 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Cemetery in Healdton, Oklahoma.
