Byrene "Mamaw" Ferguson began her Eternal Life with our Lord and Savior, surrounded by family on June 18, 2024.  Byrene was born on November 15, 1943, in Gorman, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Byron and Louise Richardson, her loving husband of 57 years Gene "Papaw" Ferguson, sister Charlou Cowan, and great grandson Cole Alexander Herring.

She is survived by her three daughters Angela Ferguson, Gayla Herring and husband Chris, and Sheila Rollings and husband Scott; six grandchildren, Clayton Ferguson and wife Mandy, Justin Herring and wife Ashley, Lyndsy Mason, Adam Rollings, Brittany Aiken and husband Dalton, and Duncan Zachary; and eight great grandchildren Parker, Jax, Mack, Brynn, Wyatt, Ian, Madelynn, and Emily; two sisters, Lurene McNutt, and Sharene Richardson and husband Avi; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 21 at Old Shiloh Cemetery in Flower Mound, Texas at 10:00am.
