Mrs. Billie (Mann) Kirby, age 90, of Lewisville passed from this life into eternity with her Lord and Savior January 25, 2024 in Lewisville, Tx. She passed peacefully following years of extremely valiant comebacks from many injuries and serious illnesses. Billie was ready to move forward and be with her creator God, her Savior Christ Jesus, loved ones and friends whom she treasured. She made the experience as easy and considerate for her children & grandchildren as any mother humanly could. Born in Nebo, OK; she grew up in the community there. She attended Sulphur Public Schools and graduated from a business college program in Oklahoma City, OK. She married Thomas Samuel Kirby, began their family in Sulphur and moved to Texas a few years later. She is survived by daughter Elaine (Kirby) Nienstedt and spouse Olen Nienstedt of Lewisville, Daughter Marcia (Kirby) Rios and spouse Michael Rios of Denton, Son Calvin Kirby of Lewisville, Son Bart Kirby and spouse Brooke Kirby of Chico.

In addition, grandchildren Andrew Rios and spouse Grecia Rangel Rios of Austin, Evan Rios and Caitlin Rios of Flower Mound, Preston Rios of Fort Worth, Regan Kirby of Flower Mound, Carson Kirby of Flower Mound, Tyler Kirby of Lewisville, and unborn first great-grandchild Audrey Rios of Flower Mound (March 2024 due).

Billie is also survived by sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many loving friends & neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents James & Corda Mann, siblings Renee Kirby and Burl Mann and her husband.

While she has impacted so many lives deeply and left a beautiful powerful mark on humanity; those who love her rejoice in her homegoing.
They count it as the victory of one who lived-well and fell asleep IN CHRIST.

Billie was a very active and loving member of the Ladies Bible Class in her church. Her family occupied the majority of her time and attention in her adult and senior years.
She loved the Texas Rangers and enjoyed many activities with her family.
No greater nor selfless mother and grandmother are to be noted than in Billie. Her love will resonate and carry her family into their own eternity.

Billie's life celebration will take place Monday Jan 29 at 2:30 pm Lake Dallas Church of Christ. A visitation time is slated at 1 pm prior to the service at the same location.
Plan to celebrate Billie with more smiles than tears.
