Beverly Rae Zitterkopf, age 86, of Argyle, Texas passed away peacefully at home on December 8th, 2025. Unaware of her beloved husband of 68 years passing 4 days earlier, she was called home to be with him. They were of one heart, both are now at peace and together forever.

Beverly was born in Gering, Nebraska, to her mother Sarah Prideaux, who raised her with the support of her much loved Grandfather, Phillip Schoeneman. As a girl, Beverly spent many cherished years on her grandfather's farm. The time she shared with him brought her joy, comfort, and a sense of belonging that stayed with her throughout her life.

She was also very close to her Aunt Emma and Uncle John Schoeneman - her mother's twin brother - both of whom she and her sister Sharon adored deeply. Beverly and her cousin Susan Schoeneman were inseparable in their childhood years, a bond reflected in treasured photographs that Beverly kept into adulthood. These family relationships shaped some of her most meaningful and lasting memories.

Even as a young girl Beverly showed natural artistic talent that would become a defining thread throughout her life. She explored a wide range of
creative and entrepreneurial passions: she opened and operated an exercise salon for women, taught art classes, and owned gift and art shops, each reflecting her creativity and resourcefulness.

Beverly was an accomplished artist whose talents extended beyond traditional painting. She created toll painted pieces, seasonal decor, and handcrafted items that many treasured. She shared her work through markets, tradeshows and classes and gifted many pieces cherished to this day. Throughout her life, she stayed socially active in several bridge groups and bowling clubs.

Beverly is survived by her children Kelly Lee Zitterkopf and wife Norma of Argyle, Texas and Stephanie Rae Zitterkopf of Georgetown, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren Shane Alan Falter, Nicholas Irvin Zitterkopf, and Ashton Zitterkopf, and her bonus granddaughter, Bridget Perez. Her great-grandchildren Caiden Falter, Lydia and Legend Zitterkopf, Bennett and Noah Zitterkopf, represent the generations that followed from the family she and Irvin began.

She is also survived by her sister Sharon Crow of Bedford Texas, her nephew Ryan and wife Kim Ott of Corinth, Texas and Jason Ott and wife Erin Rosar of Colorado; and many nieces and nephews from both the Ott and Zitterkopf families. During her many years with Irvin, Beverly formed lasting bonds within the Zittterkopf family. She deeply cared for her in-laws and for the nieces and nephews who became an important part of her life, embracing the generations that followed as her family grew.

Beverly is preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Prideaux; her grandfather, Philip Schoeneman; her aunt, Emma Schoeneman; and her uncle, John Schoeneman. She is also reunited with her husband, Irvin, whose passing came only days before her own.

She will be remembered for her artistic talent and the creative spirit that brought beauty and happiness into her life and the lives of others. Her legacy lives on in her artwork she created and in the family and friends who were touched by her presence.
