Anna Hui-Min Duy, 43, of Denton Texas was called to her Heavenly home on January 17, 2024. Anna was born July 26, 1981, to Cony and Jean (Tahchaw-Wickah) Wang in Lawton, Oklahoma. Growing up, she attended Lake Dallas ISD and graduated from Lake Dallas Highschool in 1999. She was involved in many sports and activities including soccer, tennis, cheerleading, highsteppers, National Honor Society and even became a Dallas Cowboy JR Cheerleader. After high school, she attended Texas Woman's University and North Central Texas College where she obtained her Associate degree. On November 4th of 2005, Anna married her soulmate, Phillip Duy, and they had one beautiful daughter, Tru Duy.

Anna had a kind spirit and loved helping people. While in high school, she was part of the Peer Assistance and Leadership Program acting as a friend and mentor to younger classmates. That altruism transferred to her career as she became the Director of the Comanche Nation Outreach Center in Dallas, Texas. Here, she facilitated and supported her fellow tribal members in getting the assistance needed. She enjoyed connecting with loved ones whenever she could. Anna has touched many lives throughout her life leaving a positive impact on everyone she met.

Anna is survived by: Husband Phillip J Duy Jr, Daughter Tru Duy, of the home. Mother Jean Wang of Hickory Creek, Texas. Siblings Datsun Wang of Euless Texas and Sister Daphne Wang of Oak Point Texas. Father in-law Phillip J Duy Sr and Mother in-law Toni Duy (Salyers) of Denton Texas. Brother in-law Sean Flynn, Sister in-law Bethany Mckinney Family Dog Lexi Wang. Aunts Sue Fallahzadeh, Sony Tahchaw-wickah, Deya Tahchaw-wickah. Uncle, Nick Fallahzadeh.  Great Uncle George Wermy. Cousins Kip, Wendy, Rebecca, Jerry, Tyler, Dylan, Myles, Felicia, Freddie Jr, Daniel, Nicholas, Nathan, Jessica, Nick Jr, Vanessa, Demi, Jeff, and many extended loving family members in Illinois, California, Michigan, Florida, New Jersey, Colorado, Japan, Australia and Taiwan

Anna is preceded in death by: Father Cony Wang; Family Dog Buster Brown Wang; Great Grandparents Agnes and Donald Wermy Sr, Grandparents Nick and Peggy Tahchaw-wickah; Great uncles Donald Wermy Jr, Glen Wermy and Vernon Cable; Great Aunts Gloria Cable, Leatrice Wermy, Roberta Wermy, Betsy Wermy and Gerri Wermy; Uncles Nick Tahchaw-wickah, Freddy Hernandez, and Tommy Joe Frazier; Aunt Flora Hernandez-Shaw; Cousin Neil Tahchaw-wickah

The celebration of Anna's life will be held Thursday January 25th at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home. 740 s Edmonds Lane, Lewisville Tx, 75067. Viewing starts at 2:30 pm followed by the funeral service at 3:00pm.

Flowers are appreciated, however in lieu of flowers donations made in honor of Anna made to Susan G. Komen, cancer research or the American Heart Association for further research would also be greatly appreciated.
